perfect service and attention
friendly staff professional service dreamy sleep
i found the staff consistently friendly and professional . the hotel provided true vip service to every guest. the beds offered a dreamy sleep experience. i also appreciated my time visiting the nearby town.
i found the noise levels on the floor where rooms were located quite disruptive. there was noticeable noise bleed between rooms. the sounds from other guests, particularly in the early morning, affected my sleep quality.

the upgraded spa included a massive improvement to the existing amenities.. the breakfast had extensive choices, including eggs benedict prepared perfectly. the fresh fruit selection was particularly notable.

i experienced an excellent meal at the road hole restaurant. it provided attention to detail across all areas of dining. it is a fantastic dining option.

complimentary toiletries breakfast service golfing assistants poor food fresh vegetables wine choices
My room featured a television, and it did also have complimentary toiletries. the breakfast service included a selection of fruits that seemed very fresh. the golfing assistants proved helpful. I find them available all the time.
The swilcan restaurant offers poor choice of food. no fresh vegetables were present at all. the wine choices did not offer value for money. I don't recommend eating there.

a stay to remember
amazing friendliness ev charging great view
the staff showed amazing friendliness. i enjoyed the complimentary ev charging for my vehicle. every staff encounter was pleasant, offering assistance with a smile. they located a table with great views, better than an interior table.
the spa charged a £40 supplement. paying guests having to pay extra to visit the spa area seems wrong. i expect complimentary access at a five-star hotel.

the king suite included high-quality furniture. there was ample space to relax. the bathroom had two separate sinks. a rainfall shower offered a luxurious experience.

The staff was so cute and approached me to ask if I needed assistance. I had a spa treatment and the staff was very lovely. The room was big and very clean.. The body lotion smelled divine.

excellent service great facilities clean room attentive staff
i found the service within the hotel to be excellent and the facilities were great. the breakfast buffet provided a great variety of choices each morning. my room was very super clean and cozy. i appreciated the attentive staff who were always available to assist with any requests.
i look forward to seeing the completed improvements on my next visit.

dirty towels closed hydropool
the staff were friendly.
the ev charger was not working , and nobody offered assistance with bags upon departure. the spa was also very disappointing with dirty towels and a closed hydropool.

The location was acceptable, and the proximity to the golf course was convenient.
the cleanliness at the Roadhole Bar was not good. the glass table had streaks and crumbs remained under it. the coffee I ordered tasted like machine coffee.
